The story revolves around a boy of young thirties , Akash who is blessed by Lord Shiva some supernatural powers. But each blessing comes with a precaution.  

It is quite intriguing to find out how Akash makes use of his powers to bring more good .  The adventures are explored in an amazing way. Will Akash maintain the limits of his powers or will get entangled in the power and get lost??

The author has well penned the ups and downs of a normal person to a person with super powers. Things he never imagined was now easily accessible.  His journey was a rollercoaster ride of so many turns unexpected. 

I liked reading this fantasy book and would recommend this book to all.

Book review : Unconditional : A Love Story

Book review :

Unconditional: A Love Story is a very heartwarming second chance romance. This  is a sweet story of the love reconnection between Charli and Damian. Two years prior , these two lovebirds were having some "fun". But they stayed in each other's hearts and realized things about themselves that helped to put them in a better place. A fateful meeting between Charli and Damian rekindles feelings and emotions that scare them at times, but ultimately, they realize that they can't get enough of each other and their relationship becomes deeper. 

  It was really beautiful to see how important the community is for Damien and how much Charli values that. Also, the characters were very captivating, funny and sexy. The spicy scenes were really hot and the sexual tension between the characters was great. I loved the way they describe each other and how they remember vividly everything that happened that one summer.

 The reconnection for them was annoying at times and at others; it was cute. The chemistry was even sensible. I know - it's an odd way to describe a romantic love story session, but that fits my feeling about the narrative. Overall, the story was cutesy good and a worthwhile read.

I liked reading this book and would recommend this book to all. I am thankful to netgalley and the Publisher for gifting me this book in return of an honest review.

Book review :

 Cardinals is a book that drives you crazy reading about vampires. This is a book that captivates the reader from the very start till the end. 

The story starts with Asherah, God’s wife who  had equal standing in everything. She wanted to interfere in all decisions.   As a consequence of her strong nature, God cast out Asherah and the 50 angels who supported her out of heaven. Since God cursed Asherah to become a vampire on earth, she wanted revenge. To achieve her vengeance, she needed the Amulet of Cassiel , and she was prepared to get it at any cost. 

Cardinals are those people who miraculously survived Asherah’s attack, but didn’t turn into complete vampires. Naturally, they wanted revenge against Asherah for ruining their life. It was quite intriguing to follow  this ceaseless chase that has been going over for centuries to see who will win this quest for vengeance.

The author has well penned all the characters and the storyline hooks the reader till the end. The story telling style is marvellous. 

I liked reading this book and would recommend this book to all. I am thankful to netgalley and the publisher for giving me this book in return of an honest review.

Charming and beautifully written, “The Right Kind of Unexpected” is a gentle, heart-warming tale of redemption, hope, discovering who you are meant to be and finding the one place in the world you can call home. This is a story that echoes back to the old-fashioned notion of working for what you want, having the patience to wait for something and being prepared to take a chance on love.

The story revolves  around 18-year-old Tess who is travelling to Disney World with her boyfriend Dax. Dax ends up taking her car along with her wallet, phone and other things leaving her stranded and shell-shocked at a gas station in a small town called Jasper Creek where she knows no one. That is until she meets Colten and his family.

Colten is a boy around Tess’s age who works in the garage attached to the gas station. His parents, the owners of the gas station and diner next door offer Tess a waitressing job and a place to stay for the summer. She chooses to take the job so that she doesn’t have to spend her last summer before starting her first semester at NYU alone in a house where she’d be surrounded by her two negligent parents. 

I was really, really invested in Tess’s story and journey of found family, love, friendship, identity and standing her ground. Will she find her love ?

This book is a psychological thriller with romantic aspect. The storyline is quite captivating keeping the reader engrossed in the plot thinking what's going to happen next.

The story revolves around Catrina who  starts to feel unhappy in her life and then one day she wakes up in the hospital with no memories of the last 6 months.  Her boyfriend comes to get her to take back home. Along the way, she has memories of another life, with another man. But because the doctor in the hospital has told her friends not to tell too much about the period she has lost, it has to come back slowly and naturally, she remains groping in the dark.

Her boyfriend's behavior is loving and she doesn't understand who the other man is in her memory. That man with those blue eyes who makes her heart beat faster. Is that out of love and lust or out of fear?

What actually happened to her? And who is she safe with?

Slowly she starts to gain her memories back and realizes nothing in her life is as she imagined it to be. And while Catrina is being asked to marry Danny, there is suddenly that man with those beautiful blue eyes ...... And he claims to be her husband! Is Dillon the man who tried to strangle her?

Puzzle pieces are slowly coming back. Betrayal and ambiguities give this story a mysterious touch and the ambiguity remains until the last. Kudos to the author for writing such an engrossing story.

This Urban Fantasy has a lot more depth, diversity, character development, and action, combined with unique World building, leading to an overall enjoyable story. It’s a fantastic and very addictive and entertaining read.

This is a story of  a witch, Minerva who’s spells go wrong every time. She practices hard and has plenty of power. No one can figure out what goes wrong. She really wants to be a guardian and if she can't figure it out the problem she will never be one. Her brother ,Clark is talented but stuck in a job that wastes his talents. Her friends cast as a vampire or villian every time .

Then enters Roxana who is running from her wedding . Can these friends keep her hidden and safe or will they lose their lives in the attempt.

The author has well penned the characters and the storyline keeps you engrossed. Each time I was wondering about Minerva , will she be able to do this time?

I liked reading this book and would recommend this book to all.

Carter vows to protect Emma the only way he knows how, and the vow is about to place them in the middle of a feud where not everyone survives. The sex scenes are intimate and provocative.

The author has well penned the scenes and the character are well plotted. Though i have not read the previous books of the series but i want to read now all the books of the series.

Book review : Perfection and Other Illusive things

Book review :

Is perfection must? Are we all perfect or can ever be ? Such an illusion lies in each of our mind. What if this is a mind of a teenager who wants to win hearts of others by depicting what is just an illusion.

This book shares a story of teenage girl , Eden . Eden’s life is already perfect; she’s co-captain of the volleyball team, on track for salutatorian, has great college aspirations, three friends who have always been there for her...what more could she want? Even though she knows she’s beautiful she doesn’t feel like it and her life feels like it’s missing some things. 

She has a strong crush on  Hawk , poet for the school paper. Generally he  gives his lyrics to his best friend local “rockstar” Ivy. Despite the advice of her friends Eden decides to go after him anyway. Her blind going towards him makes her perfect world crumble.

The illusion of something can be so dreadful and embarassing is well depicted in this short read. The author has well penned the hidden desires of a teenage girl but how to mould yourself in a positive way apart from all lucrative things . 

I liked reading this book and would recommend this thought changing book for all teeanagers as well as adults.
