"Rudraman" is a mythological book that made me dive into the era of 10000BC. It presents an imaginary map that makes you feel the real feel of the places and blends science with the mythological characters.

It vividly explores the untold origin of Rudra and the moment he entrusts the Rudragan with his divine knowledge. The short and fast paced story makes it quite easy to read.

It begins in 10,000 BC when a mysterious alien spaceship called a viman crashes in the Himalayas. This crash wakes up the powerful Lord Rudra, a strong warrior. The fight between the good Lord Rudra and the evil Taraak, along with the alien creatures, forms the basic plot. However, the story becomes even more interesting with characters like Shakti, her connection with Rudra, their journey together, etc.

I also liked the naming of each character in this book, as it was easy to read. So, in simple words, this is a simple and easily written mythological fiction that can be read by everyone, including those who are new to this genre. From the very start, the author builds a world that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.

One of the most memorable parts of the book for me was Princess Shakti’s fight with Bhimaraksh in the Valley of Bhutas. The scene was intense and gripping, clearly showing Shakti’s courage and strength. At the same time, it helped me understand the deep fear Bhimaraksh had created among the Gana clan over the years.

The questions like will Shakti find her equivalent, the other? Will Asurax destroy humanity? Will Shiva and Shakti stop the evil forces and save everyone from the unforeseen future? kept me going. 

The author has meticulously penned the character sketch and made this narrative very relatable. His simple yet evocative writing kept the suspense building throughout the story. He has presented vividly that every warrior has to take up difficult choices, and their decisions build up the future. So one should take wise decisions like the Rudra.

Overall, it is a thrilling read.

It helps the reader in synchronising with your time so as to shield yourself from untimely deceptions or failures. It guides on how to make hard choices every day.

The author guides that your purpose will not be accomplished by verbose speeches or literary and academic texts. Each person demands evidence, and hence Dhi's clock was created to just provide that evidence.

For the most part, the pacing is excellent, keeping the reader on edge and looking forward to the next clue and destination. Every chapter feels like a new adventure, but the Covid-19 lockdown creates a strong sense of nostalgia and adds another layer of emotional and narrative depth.

The author maintains tight control over the story's parts, balancing pace with emotions and walking a fine line between keeping the reader interested in the story and allowing the main character to mature at a comfortable rate. He skilfully develops his characters, gradually leading them into twists and turns.

"He tries to focus more on these patches, but cannot identify anything because of the claustrophobic feeling. He looks up and finds that the ceiling of a temple is just a few inches above his head. He sees snakes everywhere on it, some of them slithering too. He hears some noise and turns his head in fear to see. Rudra wakes up breathless and sweaty."

The author has created this world extensively but gradually, providing information in little doses and not overwhelming the reader with a flood of knowledge. That manner, the reader's curiosity stays on top of the crest without having to recall anything.

Overall, it is fast paced and thrilling read.

The scenes of ancient storms and destruction were quite vivid as I read. I could vividly recall such situations in my thoughts.

The novel begins with Arjun, a third-year English honours student at Delhi University who is obsessed with mythology. His professor, Keshav, excels in the subject. Meanwhile, a mysterious murder occurs in Geneva, where a senior scientist named Ajay was working on an AI-driven project for AEMARF.

The narrative continues Arjun's quest to solve the mystery of the scientist's death, uncovering several hidden mysteries, including a single person who has been journeying through time while carrying an old curse.

Kumar's prose is both beautiful and impactful. His depictions of candlelight archives and antique manuscripts are so evocative that I can almost hear the rustling of old scrolls. At the same time, his dialogue, particularly Arjun's interactions with those around him, feels refreshingly authentic. I was completely immersed in his universe, turning pages as the mystery grew and clues were gradually revealed.

I recommend The Kaliyuga Secret to anyone looking for a page-turner that is both enlightening and entertaining. Its impeccable blend of philosophy, mystery, and mythology keeps you pondering about the weight of former lives—and the power of secrets still to be revealed—long beyond the last page.

Neuman's portrayal of this little South Australian municipality is rich and suggestive, illustrating a spot saturated with hopelessness and tormented by its own set of experiences. The town's devastation and its reviled air are portrayed with such detail that they saturate the reader's creative mind, making an air of disquiet that penetrates the whole book.

The setting enhances the frightfulness, transforming Kapunda into a no-nonsense substance that traps its occupants in a pattern of dread and hopelessness.

The story is speedy and fascinating, yet the writer's composing style takes me longer to completely get into the story. However, at that point, I wouldn't have the option to put the book down by any means. We not only get a fascinating plot with turns and doubts in each section, but we likewise help a decent person depict all through the story.

After reading Ramayanam, my memories of the epic Ramayana got fresh in my mind. The tales are like a treasure trove of knowledge, and the artwork makes it an incredible read. 

 

In this volume, the author retells the Ramayana as a conversation between Valmiki and Narada. Infused with a dash of creativity that is accepted even by traditional scholars and drawing upon lesser-known works, this timeless epic has been recreated in a never-before manner. 

 

The book is a gold mine of information, with itemised research and natural subtleties presented with the most profound Bhakti. For anyone with any interest in Sanatana Dharma, Sridhar's book is a must-peruse. It perfectly captures the essence of the Ramayana, giving new points of view and bits of knowledge, making it an enhancing experience for readers, everything being equal. The portrayal, upgraded by Keshav's adept representations, is true and upheld by various ancient rarities as proof. Sridhar's reverence for the incredible radiates through, making this book a strong demonstration of persevering through the tradition of the Ramayana.

 

In Sanatana Dharma, if one is asked to do a mantra jaap, he is advised to do it 108 times. In the same manner, this book comprises 108 chapters that enlighten the readers with immense knowledge and depict different facets of Rama's life.

 

The book begins with the Rama and Sita conversation, where Ram happily observes his pregnant wife and guides her about a few facts. He understands well that her body is a bit weak due to pregnancy and has become fragile. But in the next chapter, after hearing the rumours being spread about his beloved wife, he is compelled to abandon her in the forests. It is very hard for him, but he is helpless in front of his duties and responsibilities.

 

I was overwhelmed by the scene where Sita is taken on a chariot along with Lakshmana. She is startled to know her destiny, how she is abandoned by her husband, and that she also needs him the most in this stage of her life. 

 

Later, she is provided shelter in the ashram of Risi Valmiki, who considers her his daughter. Rsi Valmiki's past and how he came to be known as Valmiki is also vividly depicted. The best part is how Lord Brahma guides him to be the pensmith of this epic Ramayana, especially when it is completely in the form of poems. 

There are plenty of tales that I want to mention but the grace of reading them will become a bit less if I start narrating how beautifully each tale is narrated by the author. The range of tales varies from Rama's birth, first visit for a battle, his marriage, his exile, Bharat's visit, and many more. 

 

I appreciate the way the author has narrated these stories in a lucid and evocative manner that I didn't realize when I finished the book in two sittings. His attempts to make the epic stick in the minds of the reader through beautiful illustrations and impactful storytelling are commendable.

This book is an unputdownable, tornado experience that inundates you totally and leaves you longing for more.

Ayodhya ends up in a condition of complete confusion, wrestling with numerous emergencies. The once lively enchantment that saturated the city is presently lessening, creating a shaded area over its once-flourishing substance. In this disturbance, Lord Lavanyasurya of Madhupura harbours dismal aims, plotting something accursed that adds to the approaching feeling of turmoil. At the same time, a blending overthrow compromises the delicate soundness of the realm.

Each character's viewpoint adds to the wealth of the general story, furnishing readers with a more profound comprehension of the unfurling occasions.

In outline, "Warlord of Ayodhya: Resurrection" is a brilliant continuation of a series that has previously secured itself as a benchmark in the mythic dream space. For people who revel in the mix of fantasy, sorcery, and magnificent narrating, this book is an outright must-read. Highly recommended!

It presents an arresting excursion of the story of Garuda and how his birth became the cause of fear for Lord Indra. Garuda, who arose out of an egg, started his life's process by liberating his mom from bondage and overcoming his strong foes, the Nagas. I was intrigued to read about the depressing story of his mother and how Kadru showers terror in people by ruthlessly killing the fetuses. Kadru even imprisoned Garud's mother for many years.

Garuda's journey to liberate his mom from servitude and his experiences with considerable enemies, the Nagas, reverberate with widespread subjects of opportunity, mental fortitude, and the battle against persecution.

I was completely hooked on finding the answers to How did Garuda unwind the secret mysteries of Master Indra? How is Garuda associated with the hereafter? How did Garuda's activities make Master Yama embarrassed before the Trimurtis? furthermore, how did the Trimurtis bring haughty Garuda's unharnessed powers equipped for annihilating the whole universe to its genuine reason? 

The author's narrating is improved by her tender loving care, bringing the time of Garuda and the encompassing characters to existence with clear portrayals and a substantial feeling of old persona!

The author's narrating and creative mind made Garuda, a strong person, who had the power to destroy the whole Universe even at the time of his birth... The language is spellbinding, making a clear image of the legendary world and making it drawing in readers.

Through the captivating illustrations and maps, the book provides a comprehensive view of the region, seamlessly combining mythological stories with present-day scenarios.

I was intrigued to know about the Badrinath temple and how the Pandavas accent to the heaven.  I felt personally taken on a journey through captivating landscapes, historical temples, and vibrant marketplaces that have shaped the character of Devbhoomi.

The author has well researched the details regarding the place and shared stories in an engrossing manner. The author weaves together myth, history, and geography to create a sanctuary for pilgrims and seekers alike in the Central Himalayan region.

 The author skillfully portrays the imagined landscapes, making the book a visual treat. The blend of mythological stories with contemporary narratives was seamless, offering me an engaging and informative experience.

The Mystery Mountains’ by Aurijit Ganguli is therefore the perfect amalgamation of a mythology inspired story that feels kind of familiar.
