Book review : Tales of Hamlet

 Book review:

This book is a charming book – a quirky travelogue written by a somewhat eccentric middle-aged English lady. She shares her experiences when she roams in Italy and the rollercoaster of events that startled her firmly.

Cassandra, a single and peripatetic Brit, was asked to pack up her house and move to Italy to take up the offer of a much-needed job. But after 15 months, she was made redundant, leaving her unnerved, broke and unable to return home. Her dream of a new life was rapidly turning into a nightmare and saddled with all her belongings, her antique furniture, over 800 books and her aged Siamese cat she had nowhere to go.

The story projects how she survived in troublesome conditions and challenging scenarios. Though she enjoyed the beauty of Italy but the twists and turns were shaking her a bit but didn't break her. She  evoked as a fighter for transformations that were going on in her and changing her into a stronger human being. The journey of all the events was mesmerizing.

I loved the beauty expressed of Italy and the mouth - watering food that was attracting me a lot. The language of the book is lucid and relished each moment reading this book.

I am thankful to Kelly @lovebookstours for gifting me this book in return of an honest review. I would recommend this amazing read to all.

Happy Reading!
