Habits can change a person. This philosophy is the base of this book that is far more than a self help guide. This simple step -by - step direction that anyone  can follow and implement in their daily lives, to become beautiful,  happier soul.

This book guides that we do start something as a  desire but unless we act on it consistently that can never change anything.  So doing any work regularly for many days makes that thing our habit.  So to move forward towards making yourself a healthy and a happy person develop a good habit. This book acts a boon with all the steps guided in simple manner that easy to comprehend. 


" A habit cannot be tossed out the window; it must be coaxed down the stairs a step at a time".


The author has well penned in a lucid manner the basics of developing a habit and the reason of developing a habit.


I liked reading this book immensely and would recommend this book to all.
