Dissidents of Perfection by Amruta Krishnan Srinivasan | Book review

 Book review:

"Dissidents of Perfection" is a remarkable story that captivates the reader with a journey to an animal realm where humans are prohibited. The story weaves together themes of nature, ethics, and the pursuit of utopia. The characters are thoughtfully crafted, with Fiona Flamingo serving as a compelling symbol of dissent against the prevailing order.

The story follows Joey Fox and Fiona Flamingo, two contrasting characters with different opinion and perspectives  on the Animal Realm. Where  Joey seeks security and respite from the dangers of Earth, Fiona, on the other hand, values the authenticity of nature and is willing to accept its inherent unpredictability.

It is quite intriguing to read about their perspectives and how they cope up all the hurdles and try safeguard nature. It indirectly conveys that how humans have devastated nature for their welfare and smashed their homes . It guides a pathway to prevent nature and animal realm.

The author expertly dives into the effects of messing with the delicate balance of nature, even with good intentions, through a blend of fantasy and ethical study. The author's writing style is fast-paced , making it a real page-turner. The author's technique of depicting raw, magnetic characters in a vivid manner is outstanding.

Overall, this book portrays another world from the perspective of animals and how humans should try to live with them in harmony without creating any imbalance. Worth reading, do grab it!
