Unf*ck Your Mind: Shatter Your Limiting Beliefs to Become Who You Were Meant to Be by Janna Johnson

Unf*ck Your Mind: Shatter Your Limiting Beliefs to Become Who You Were Meant to Be by Janna Johnson | Book Review

Unfuck your Mind

"Your mindset is the greatest tool you have! It is the ultimate weapon and the deciding factor for how you will live, for your success, healing, overcoming, love, happiness, and the influence you have on your kids."

Have you ever felt stuck or be governed by someone else apart from yourself?  At times many women feel like me that they are not able to express themselves properly or feel suppressed to show up their true emotions. I was in need of a self help book that could guide me with these tormenting triggers. So I grabbed " Unfuck your Mind" to find a similar journey and learn few of her techniques to solve my issues.

This book is a compass for those exploring the troublesome territory of torment, disease, cynicism, feeling stuck, having hit road obstructions, or even absolute bottom. It is an aide created with genuine sympathy and insight that will take you from having a casualty outlook to being a mind-blowing victor.

I learnt how to figure out and how to move your attitude, reclaim your power, and have the opportunity to pursue your enormous dreams. It gives pathways to genuine change.

Janna shares her own accounts of victory over difficulty, illustrations removed from the haziest minutes, and the significant strength that emerges from facing the apparently inconceivable. This isn't simply an assortment of words; it's a demonstration of the flexibility of the human soul.

It investigates the force of mentality—the frequently neglected force that can shape our real factors. Every part is a step in the right direction, a challenge to embrace the potential for development even despite despair. This book is a wellspring of motivation, a supply of trust, and a guide for anybody looking to arise more grounded and relentless.

As I dived into the significant experiences inside,  I tracked down the solidarity to revamp my story and rise out of life's hardships not only as a survivor but rather as a reference point of flexibility and inspiration.

Highly recommended!

Taming the Turbulent Mind: Yogic Meditation and Mindfulness for Combating Overthinking, Achieving Stress Relief, and Attaining Absolute Peace  Deekay | Book Review What is turbulence? Any thoughts, or have you ever tried to tame any animal? I remember watching circus shows organised once a year in the city's open area for all the locals to enjoy. There I used to cherish the person who tamed the elephants or the lion (if any). But today I thought of taming my mind. Every second our thoughts are randomly moving and giving us goosebumps. Nowadays people have so many threads of work looming in their minds that they feel like completing but fail to prioritise. To dive into a river is not easy. But only a few people have the calibre to do that. The same is true with diving in your mind. This practice needs calmness of mind and anxiety levels to be very low. I had heard about meditation and its techniques to apply in your daily routine, but when I stumbled upon this book, my myths w...

The Psychology of Marketing: How Marketers Trick Us Into Buying More by Harinder Singh Pelia

The Psychology of Marketing: How Marketers Trick Us Into Buying More by Harinder Singh Pelia | Book Review Marketing is such an in-depth concept that it always transitions according to consumer preferences. The extent to which marketers go to sell their products will blow our minds away, as money comes first rather than people's needs. Even the bare detail that hints at our desires is manoeuvred to boost sales figures, often overshadowing the genuine connection between a brand and its audience. This relentless pursuit of profit can lead to practices that prioritise persuasive tactics over transparency, leaving consumers feeling manipulated rather than empowered. sales. How to make money might be in our control, but how money goes out of our pocket might not be, as psychology is in cohesion with marketing. Harinder Singh Pelia’s “The Psychology of Marketing” is all about how marketing creates a bond with the audience, thus tricking the audience into dwelling deep into purchasing th...
