 Book review:

This book is a psychological mystery with plenty of drama and a bit of romance in it. The main plot is of Radha Bose, a former army officer who now owns a detective agency. She takes on a new apprentice named Aditya Gokhale and together they land their first case of Radha's uncle who believes his son had not committed suicide as is reported by the police. Radha and Aditya then embark on a fascinating investigation where new and murky facts come to the forefront raising several questions as to what had actually happened to the teenage boy. What makes Reason to Fight stand out amongst other books of the genre however are the subplots. You have entire arcs of both Radha and Aditya's characters as they struggle against their own troubles and past. You also have their personal lives that's presented in a great contrast. If Aditya decides to keep on living for the sake of his mother, Radha is happy when her mother passes away as she had been a tortured child. These small things give the characters a lot of depth and coupled with their own fledgling hearts as they both are unable to understand what it is that has gotten them so attached to each other in a very short span of time. Chandrayan Gupta'a writing is smart, to the point and full of surprises and that makes the book a fascinating read.

"Signal Zero Escapades" is an engrossing and insightful read. It allows the readers to ponder certain values of life that many adults ignore in this running life. The author has depicted a scenario for how our kids will react or respond. 

The story begins with a little kid named Daniel who used to question his father, Prayag, about why he is not allowed to visit his grandparents living in a village so often. He used to get a weird answer in response to it. Soon he and his friends noticed news of missing children. They were startled and a bit hesitant to move outside after hearing such news. But they were unaware of the future and how they were destined to save planet Earth.

These four children, known as the C.H.I.P., or Cybernetic Heroes in Pursuit, are transported to a strange planet, Signal Zero. It’s a secret planet ruled by Deathya, the Ruby killer, a scary cell phone tree. Its branches grab the children who are lost in endless games and then turn them into pixelated slaves.

They played a lot of games on digital media but never knew they would be stuck to solve a maze through digital worlds using the power of love and friendship. But nothing is impossible if you wish from the heart and try your level best. They too learn a lot of things and have a motive to come out of this web before it is too late.

It was intriguing to read how they decode the meaning of this signal zero and try to figure out the code of trapped children. Will they be able to save them? Let's find out by grabbing this book.

The author has meticulously narrated the need for adding values and why our kids should be linked to our past or have a bond with their grandparents. His short but insightful narration made me think of a lot of values and hidden meanings to many things.

Overall, an insightful and captivating read.

The characters Chhedi Babu and Bajrangi Babu address the strategically and monetarily prevailing class who controlled and took advantage of poor people and more fragile segments with their glaring abuse of force and guile. While their authority stays unchallenged, the class is gradually becoming mindful and supporting the privileges, with Chaita turning into the image of their battle. "Treacherous Bloodline" is an intriguing thrill ride by Rani Ramakrishnan. The story revolves around two siblings, Arman and Kabir Mohammed. Arman gets back to India in the wake of concentrating on medication abroad, carrying an outsider named Sophie with him. His life partner, Nadia, has been hanging tight to him at home.
