Book review:

"Who Are These People" by Leena Nandan is a riveting and fast-paced bookThis book offers a distinctive viewpoint on the struggles faced by government employees as well as a broad understanding of societal dynamics. This book is an intriguing and stimulating addition to current literature. It is a well-crafted and captivating book that skillfully blends suspense, action, and introspection.

The story revolves around a group of young, enthusiastic young govt officer trainees who are selected to become the next bureaucrats of India, after a rigorous examination. As the story unfolds with a balanced mix of suspense and personal stories against the backdrop of a larger conspiracy. Meanwhile, terror groups are planning another series of terror attacks on India. Will they succeed again or will their intentions get foiled?

The writing is excellent at capturing the characters' personal relationships and inner conflicts. The suspense is palpable, and the book is filled with thrilling action sequences that keep you on the edge of your seat. It's extremely well-written. The cover and the title are suitable making it a captivating and engrossing read.

This book explores the trials and tribulations of hundreds of young enthusiasts who joined the Civil Services of India to become a vital cog of the anti-terror machinery to protect the country.  It is a thought-provoking read and inspires me to do something for the country. Worth reading, do grab it!
